1. Do I need a box if I already have a Digital Ready TV?
YES, either a Digital HD set-top box (receiver) or a Digital adapter.

2. What is the difference between a Digital set-top box and a Digital adapter?
A Digital set-top box will offer HD programming as well as Video on Demand and program guide when connected to HDMI or Component input on TV.

The Digital adapter simply offers digital-quality signals through channel 3 (no HD ).

3. Will I have to use two(2) remotes?
No, supplied remotes for set-top box and digital adapter will turn TV on/off and control volume.

4. How do I get set-top box or digital adapter?

5. How much more does it cost?
For Expanded Basic customers no charge for up to three (3) digital adapters and $1.99/month for each additional digital adapter.

For customers wanting HD, additional digital programming, On Demand, channel guide or DVR, rates are $6.95/ month per box plus the cost of additional service.

6. Can I install myself?
We don't recommend consumer installation. Professional installation is available through Bill’s TV by calling 562-5565.
