Of course, there would have been no delivery without Larry's efforts at obtaining the financing. After my first purchase two years ago, I knew I'd never go anywhere else. Larry makes the transaction pleasant and effortless for me.

This morning, April 20th. Jeremy and James delivered my new Sony, hauled away my dreadful tv, set up the new one and showed me, very patiently, how to access my DVD and VCR player. What very, very nice young men.

I would like to again say thank you for the professional manner in which you assisted Debi and myself in the purchase of a new Mitsubishi 60” DLP set. You always took the time to answer our questions (time and time again)and demonstrate features. I hope working with us wasn’t too much trouble…you never let on if we were. We also appreciate your working with us on the delivery schedule.

The delivery and setup team of Jeremy and Tyler were polite, efficient and professional also. They explained the new set and the controls in a manner even I could understand.

Dear Aric,

I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased Doug and I are with our new Home Theatre. Our son has christened it the “ Feek One”, and it is happily becoming the hang out hub of all his friends. I too find myself questioning the need to go out to see a movie when we have such a beautiful system at home.

Working with you and the entire staff at Bill’s has been such a pleasure. Everyone has been so professional, courteous, and helpful. But more than that, you have all been so warm and personable and friendly - the epitome of Excellent Customer Service!!
